The Edinburgh Legal Education Trust (ELET) is a charity formed in 1996 for the support of legal education in Scotland, particularly in relation to Scots law.
In particular ELET:
- supports students undertaking research degrees on Scottish private law;
- publishes contemporary and historic Scottish legal texts;
- sponsors academic conferences and exchanges;
- supports legal education and research in a variety of other ways.
